Using LevLUp
LevLUp provides scheduling and booking tools for coaches and the families who book with them. You agree to use the service lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Payments between coaches and families
LevLUp does not process payments. Any payment for a session is arranged and settled directly between the coach and the family through third-party services. LevLUp is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or amounts owed.
Bookings and cancellations
Coaches set their own schedules, prices, and cancellation practices. LevLUp provides the tools to manage bookings but does not guarantee any session, time, or price.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during early access. We may change or discontinue features, and we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
