FAQ
Questions, answered
How do payments work?+
Families pay you directly through Venmo or Zelle — the same way many already do. LevLUp keeps your bookings and payment context in one place so nothing falls through the cracks, but the money goes straight to you. We never take a cut.
Do I have to switch payment apps?+
No. Keep using the Venmo or Zelle account you already have. LevLUp works around how you already get paid rather than forcing a new processor on you.
What kind of coaching is LevLUp for?+
It's built for coaches who run private lessons. We started with cheer and tumbling — where group sizes, stunt spotting, and pricing get complicated — but it works just as well for music lessons, skills trainers, and other one-on-one or small-group coaching.
Can multiple athletes share a session?+
Yes. Let athletes share a slot and split the cost with capped pricing, or sell a slot as a private buyout that blocks out everyone else. You decide which session types allow what.
How does pricing for groups work?+
You set pricing per session type. Capped split means a group shares one total, so each athlete pays less as the slot fills. Stacked minimum is a flat per-person rate every time. You can also set a private buyout price.
Do families need an account?+
Yes — a quick, password-free account (we email a secure sign-in link). With it, a parent can add each of their athletes once and see every upcoming and past session in one place.
Can I match it to my gym's brand?+
Your booking page lives at your own link and can automatically pick up your club website's colors and font. We only ever use colors — never logos or trademarked assets — and you can reset to the clean default any time.
Does it sync with my calendar?+
Yes. Subscribe once in Apple or Google Calendar and your schedule stays in sync. Event titles show 🟢 Booked or 🔴 Open, and reminders fire a day and an hour before each session.
What does it cost?+
LevLUp is free while we onboard our first coaches. We're still finalizing plans and will give early coaches plenty of notice before anything changes.
