Information we collect
We collect the email address you sign in with, the coach or athlete profile details you enter (such as names and, optionally, an athlete's date of birth), and the bookings you create. We collect basic technical information needed to operate the service.
How we use it
We use your information to provide scheduling and booking, send sign-in links and session reminders, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you add a mobile number and opt in, we send booking, waitlist, and payment alerts by text. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. You can turn texts off anytime under your account.
Payments
Payments between coaches and families happen directly through third-party services such as Venmo or Zelle. We do not process or store payment card details. Those services handle your payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sharing
A coach can see the bookings and athlete details submitted to them. We share data with service providers who help us run LevLUp (such as hosting and email delivery) only as needed to operate the service.

You can request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting us at hello@levlup.app.
