Independent coaches do everything themselves — set the schedule, chase confirmations, track who paid, and somehow still find time to actually coach. The tools made for big studios are overkill and overpriced, and most of them quietly skim a percentage off every payment.
LevLUp started with one stubborn belief: a coach running privates deserves the same polish a parent expects from any modern booking experience — and shouldn't pay a toll on their own rates to get it. Families pay you directly. You keep what you charge.
We started where the scheduling is hardest: cheer and tumbling, where a "private" might be one athlete or a small group, where a stunt session needs an extra spotter, and where pricing is never one flat number. If it works there, it works for music lessons, skills trainers, and every other coach whose calendar doesn't fit in a box.
